BASI was up 7.86% at its intraday H but is up only 3.30% at present with volume of 55.6Ks already above its ADV.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Yesterday it announced that it had entered into an agreement with VRUS to provide preclinical services for pre-IND and post-IND activities.<g> The agreement includes provisions to provide exclusive toxicology services as well as pharmaceutical analysis and bioanalytical services as needed.<g> There is now an ACTAY of $5.02 But I would keep a TT at just $4 pending further developments.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
