Maybe JB wouldn't lift the restrictions (i.e. he never received 100,000 shares he could sell)? Exhibit A still has the restricted legend attached - same stamp from the same TA as JB's cert. 6 months would have made it eligible on Sep 17, 2010?

Hopefully those emails are saved for the next response. :)

It sounds to me that he was to get 200.000. A 100,000 from JBII and 100,000 from Jb own account. Is that correct?

He did receive the one amount it looks like, but not the other?
