I guess you support California which spends more money on prisons than post secondary education.

Since its California, they might get more bang for their buck there. Some of that prison money is spent on people the public schools failed.

You humanists always amaze me pretending to have beliefs, opinions, virtues, feelings, qualities, and standards you know nothing about.
