I've never seen an internet troll who showed any interest in intellectual honesty. Their nonsensical/dishonest postings are about filling a childlike need for attention, and as pathetic as it is, it works especially well on this thread.

What does it take for you to finally be intellectually honest with yourself?

My profit driven insurance company keeps coming between me and my doctor. It's not the Government who does that. It's the insurance company who insists that another less costly medicine is right for me - ignoring what my doctor thinks is best.
