Well, you were there Fred but it is similar in three important reasons:

1) Substantially the same money behind both deals,
2) Same strategy to acquire spectrum "gratis"

3) And in my view same anchor tenant - Google. Was there anything to preclude Google from becoming an MVNO?

Do you recall the capital cost of the network build and what portion was to be funded by investors and what portion by gov't (federal, state, and municipal)?

Why didn't Frontline pursue the spectrum in the D Block auction? Do you recall what the minimum bid amount was?

Do you think there was any synergies mentioned to having the Alliance of County Executives backing one of the deals? Which was was it btw, do you recall?

Was the network architecture using WiMax equipment, a hybrid, or something else?

Why didn't the deal work in your view?

Why do you think it had a good value proposition, assuming you did.

Hope you don't mind me asking all of these questions but I've always been curious about the business models of these two companies - M2Z and Frontline.
