Nope no dent to speak of yet.. I went for almost three weeks in my V8 Explorer hauling my 5700lb fully loaded trailer..to tyhe Maritimes.. and It halls well at good speed.. which of course increases fuel consumption A LOT.... Folks in Ontario still feeling pretty good.. lots of money there still and the housing market (Red Flag !!) is still pretty strong... but debt is rising... and lots of (far too many) folks still counting on home as retirement vehicle.. according to my bank manager... OTOH.. the 400 has two main kinds of personal traffic.. folks that live along the 400 up to say Barrie and commute to/fro Toronto daily... and the folks that can afford the very pricey cottages up there.. as far as Collingwood.. Even in winter as that is the only really decent skiing accessible from Toronto.. in 2 hours or less... 400 traffic not the best gauge...

EDIT: just about 4.12US/gal now..

We apparently have refinery issues also.. as in closing.. OMG.. not only do we import so much oil for the east but now we are going to import more gasoline... another factor in the price.. but for now Canucks don't bitch enough.. and the government loves it...
