It's the usual suspects. Still under the UCMJ it is still illegal and punishable by severe penalties for actually having homosexual relations. You are out whether don't ask don't tell exists or not. I bet this repeal doesn't change anything in the UCMJ which is law passed by Congress and President many many many years ago. Sure be openly gay....get fragged in combat. Sure be different than the rest of your unit....frowned upon in the miliary for the lowest of ranks especially boot camp/OCS/military academies. Individuals that flaunt this by definition are not teem players playing for the higher goal, accomplishment of the mission set for your unit. This stuff flies right in the face of mission accomplishment and those that promote this crap, like in Vietname, the same actors, don't want the U.S. to accomplish any mission. They want the UN to accomplish their mission but not the U.S.
