<<(his recommendations have definitely held up better than the rest of the market..sorry to be the bearer of bad news)>>

They have??? Can you prove that? I know at least one of his picks (Bre-X, which he said had an orebody---neglected to inform you the ore was salt) was delisted.

<<...so far he has saved me money...>>

Anybody who just says "no, no, no" around Jr. Mining/Canadian penny stocks will save someone money. Esp. just look around for ones that have had a run, and then start poo-poo-ing. Many more fail than succeed. It seems E Charters is clearly a liar if anyone cross-checks his posts. _You_ look thru the posts here on this thread in the last 30 days and you will find him "claiming" all kinds of high gold grades on unaudited, non-chain-of-custody ore bodies, that he's looking for investors for and claims his "syndicate" controls. You will find him claiming all kinds of resources on his own properties with no prestigious verification, yet alone "SEC audited" results (as if the SEC does that)... but he just posted convieniently on the IPM that he believes all mining should be that way. He's just mimicing Mason Coggins who put him up to this -- He's on record on posts indicating he spoke to him, and then lied about it and recanted that on a later post when Coggins probably warned him. He also talks to Bernie Lumber who probably relays instructions of what to "attack" from Coggins. Coggins loves to go "SEC, SEC, SEC..." as a shareholder.
However I believe Mr. Al Lapins at the SEC is looking into this... and when the time comes they can subpoeana phone records.
