So would you expect the high end in general to remain just very slow moving with few transactions for years to come? Very few motivated sellers, few foreclosures...why should anyone really care then unless you are desperate to buy or sell in that market? How does this drive the economy in any way other than a slow continued decline in purchasing power for very asset rich with little income folks?
