Condi's argument was, and the argument that I made at the oust, that you have to have stability in the region and it is more stable to have Iraqis arguing over the form their democratic will take than it is to have a dictator trying to reconstitute his WMD and force Iran into an arms race. Or to have us there to defend Kuwait and the Saudis into perpetuity. Pathetic deflection after the stated reason for invading turned out to be fabricated. Al
