Just got in. Morning RMILers! Mawork, I just checked the Business Wire listing of stories on Yahoo and this story is not on their list of headlines for today. If this is a real story please provide a link to it. Thank you.

I can't find this on the news servers myself. Please provide contact info. Also a couple of typos!!!

Rocky is out of Denver NOT MVPH! They are out of Arizona. Looks a little funny to me.

Joe

DENVER, CO-(PR BUSINESS WIRE)-Nov. 12, 1997 MVPH previously announced the it had issued 4 million shares valued at $14 million to Phoenix Resouces (PRTI) for oil and gas assets. The shares are to be redistributed to the approx. 600 shareholders of PRTI. MVPH received a cancelled certificate for the 4Million shares, and fulfilled the request to re-issue in a form that would allow redistribution to individual shareholders. Currently PRTI shareholders acknowledge possesion of the shares, but state that they are currently valued at $0.25, making the deal fixed by the then PRTI CEO worth approx. $1 million, not $14MILLION.

mawork,

This is the most reprehensible post I have seen here. It is wholly inappropriate for this thread and totally unwelcome.
