Not to belabour the point, but this kind of short-sighted view completely misses the point. The suit is not about money. It is about right and wrong. If the suit stops some future CEO from ripping off investors by selling shares ahead of an announcement of bad news, then that is worth all the gold in Fort Knox, and more.

People who focus just on money and themselves will never understand this, and I don't care. I don't mind doing things (like pursuing the suit) to help people even if those people are not appreciative. I am doing it more to make the world a better place. Even for people like Yellow Shoes. I know people like Yellow Shoes will never understand this. But again, that does not matter at all to me. Flame away. If it makes you feel better, that is a good thing. And it does not matter to me.

Happy Investing!
