Yes absolutely that is my big problem. I wish prices had fallen much more in other places. Just too much equity extraction from high cost areas continuing to flow down here desperate to place money in a zero savings rate environment. Falling prices haven't been an issue since Obama became president except a few areas that were lagging other parts of my state a couple quarters but in general our crash was mid 2007 to first quarter 2009. Bernanke saving the global housing market was not something I really needed but if it was for the social good of averting depression I am okay with it. You were always one of the smarter balanced posters here so please don't leave. McMannis and most of those who like to pile on and ridicule me will never get it apparently<g> Ironic since going back and looking at my posts 2-5 years ago I was as bearish as anyone on this board..
