Gary, (option trading) I've never been as concerned with capturing premiums as much as avoiding paying excessive ones given the relatively small size of my transactions and intermediate length(usually 1 week-2months). I'm mostly happy to play the volatility of IOM with slightly in the money call options to give me leverage above an actual share purchase. So far, IOMs intact upward trend has kept me from wiping out. I am still interested on your take on undermarket bids below existing best bids, and how this might work against me.
