Am I late to associate those 9,970,000 shares with the Expedite2 offering? Can't believe the similarity of those numbers hasn't struck me before now. I think this is pretty huge - if those Expedite2 investors were swapped JBII stock then that $4.8 mill should be in a JBII financial statement somewhere (it's nowhere I can find)...

God could you imagine watching $33k turn into $400k and being helpless while it falls all the way back? I feel bad for the guy now - wouldn't surprise me if he was honestly swindled.
