Clearly, the commerce clause is being abused. Whatever one thinks about pot legalization, The Raich decision should never have been based on the commerce clause or used Wickard as precedent.

However, what I can't seem to get across to you is the difference between doing nothing and doing something. With Obamacare, people who do nothing will receive a "penalty" from the federal government. If the Democrats and Obama can justify this using the commerce clause, then you're right - they can do anything they want. And we are no longer a free people.

I've been waiting for this for a while ..

We've been able to gain the interest of several oncologists in major university hospitals here in Michigan.

There is a cancer patient here. He has been making the cannabis crude extract called "Rick Simpson hemp oil" for over a year.

Recently he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. The day he received the news he began taking the large doses the Simpson procedure calls for. Over 1000 mg of cannabinoids per day.

In the hospital he convinced some big wig doctors into taking a very close look.

The patient had surgery to remove a section of bowel. On close examination they discovered that the cancer they expected to find was nearly gone.

Meanwhile, they had samples of his cancer that they grew in petri dishes. They then started a thirty day test in which they applied the material he was eating.

After only twenty days of the test they came into his hospital room very excited. "You've really got something here."

They've forwarded small samples of the hemp oil to several other universities.

More as it comes in ..
