Glad to hear from you Rick!

Not much going on, in this neck of the woods.

Wish I could say I was busy (not really ;-) ), but the foodservice industry seems to think advertising is a waste of time and money.

Go figure.

The good news is, we travel a lot more!

HI RR! Just sitting here pretending that we are all sitting around the porch trying to see who can keep their mouth shut the longest. CJ lost, he was first to speak. :-)

Has turned cool here early. There goes the property value. What property value? :-) Actually all is well. Lot of foreign money coming into our real estate. Some pretty good deals down here. I heard the other day that a 250,000 house went for $2.00. You can only imagine what that does to the rest of the houses on the block. It is all about taxes and insurance now.

Hope your Holidays are going well, and that you and your family will have the best Christmas ever.

I guess ya been busy splitting wood for the fireplace. :-)

The Very Best to you and yours.
Stay warm,
dealer

Porch toast! Porch toast!

It's been awhile..... we need one!

Enjoying the roaring fire at the main homestead, drizzling rain, 34 degrees (about to snow), the family all here.... what a moment.....

Toast...... We've got so much to be thankful for....

Glass held high, turning in all directions.... here's to the Porch!!!!!!

Merry Christmas!!!!!
