Yes and the unregulated CDO's and CDS's are how unregulated capitialism can bring down the entire world financial markets.

It is my understand the huge investment banks are still gambling wth 600 trillion! And still no controls on them , today!

And using a lot of tax payer money.

For perspective Our GDP is 14/15 trillion.
