PRTI shareholders owned oil and gas assets. These assets were sold by the shareholder/owners to MVPH for 4 million shares with a then market value of $14 million.M. Puhr, then CEO of PRTI signed papers to transfer this $14 million asset to a new company he was appointed CEO. When Puhr resigned as CEO of PRTI, value of the 4 million shares plummeted. When Puhr left PRTI he left behind the MVPH certificates, and was unable to deliver this phantom $14 million asset to the new company RMCW. It is rumored that Puhr alleged $15 million in damages to him by PRTI as justification for his attempt to assign ownership of the MVPH shares. Puhr's replacement at PRTI finished the deal with MVPH. PRTI shareholders have physical delivery of the shares.RMCW does not possess 4 million shares of MVPH. Phantom Assets, Phantom Operations, Phantom Financials. Contact MVPH for verification. They are thrilled to observe Puhr's actions.
