kampfe, thanks. Sounds like very good news indeed. They will be paying off all their sr. debt with the $30 million. Plus an interest payment on their 7 1/8 % convertable debt.

I doubled up yesterday at 2 5/8 in what looked like a risky gamble. I was betting that the selling yesterday was due to tax loss selling and not the vultures circling in anticipation of a chapter 11 announcement. Looks like luck was on my side on this one. Whew.
