Not that it matters, but adjust your calendar....the lefties took over congress at the start of 2007.

P.S....not to mention there was a couple years in there where they thought they had a staggering mandate to do as they damn well pleased.....what was the hold up?

Exactly what extraordinary medical expenses? My Department had hundreds of 1st Responders at ground zero. I don't know of any
unusual medical problems suffered from the "effect of ground zero contaminants". Plenty of nasty scrapes, twisted ankles etc, but no respiratory or other problems. Just what are you referencing for this information?
