Probably people hedging their short positions with cheap calls to limit risk, of course some of it by speculators who think it will really be going to 104.

Jeff, Probably people writing the 80 calls to pick up a little free money. With only a week to go to expiration, there is a very low probability AOL with close above 80 by next Friday.
