Al-len and all: Has anyone had a serious conversation recently with one of the NASD offices on our problems with the certs? I was wondering if there is a timetable by which we must receive our proof of purchases. I am sending via registered mail my letters to both Waterhouse and the NASD requesting additional certs while expressing the problems many shareholders are having getting there certs. I believe all those out there who are still waiting for their certs should do the same no matter what stage of the process you are in. This serves to document for the NASD when you put in your request as well as any garbage that you received from your brokers along the way. Remember, they didn't have any problems taking your money and being paid a commission right away. They have a fiduciary responsibility not to play games with you. Between the NASD and your attorney, documentation will go a long way in your fight. Rich_1
