I think this tender bodes well for all the SCE stocks.Proof of their undervalued stock price.

Yes, it does speak well for the valuation for some of the stocks and timing of when to buy. But... their valuation ALWAYS looks fantastic at tops...

Perhaps what I'm watching is when BIG companies issue stock to buy SMALLER companies rather than use cash. It gives you an idea what is more valuable ... their shares or their cash. I don't think Verigy had enough cash to buy LTXC and LTXC insiders and shareholders would not take just cash when VRGY, which at the time was $8 per share, was also under valued. Now at nearly a double, LTXC is probably much happier with the deal and still happy they get stock rather than cash.
