there are several readings upon which a buy is based, stochastics is only one.

Steve: After 7 layups in arow...do you think Joe Six Pack and you are trying to short it now into the rally's ...well its a trap.

IMVHO...We are going higher today...looking for a + close....

This doesn't mean we are out of the long term down trend though

Darrell, Steve, this is an interesting technical situation. The stochastics are indeed indicating a buy and turned even more bullish today. Otherwise, the chart is a complete disaster, with the 50 and 200 day averages actually converging, small size trades, the steadiness of the decline with no regard for support levels. There is no solid support for this stock in sight and no bounce, it is as ugly as it gets.

Can anybody who has a really good grasp of the theoretical foundations of technical analysis give a hypothesis on this?
