I think we are heading to Price/Book = 2.0.
Since Book = $8.
So Price = 2 x $8 = $16

I've done some math on this one already. Using the new estimates that are coming out which vary from $1.61 to $2.38 from what I've seen for the fiscal year ending 6/98, the stock (assuming a price of $20) is selling at a P/E of 9 to 12 depending on the estimate. If you believe we are heading for a P/E of 5, that would put the stock in a price range of $8 to $12 depending on the estimates. Don't see that happening personally. But the stock is doing a limbo right now no doubt about it. Heavy upside resistance to with the steep selloff over the past two weeks as well. Funny, we've been down this road before with DD makers haven't we?
