JBII needs to be able to operate near 24/7 and guarantee their rate of production.

No, they haven't. In the CC a picture was shown of the residue still in the machine after 5-6 weeks. 400lbs/day of the residue was expected.

Those who understand that you need to be able to guarantee customers a delivery rate for the fuel understand the situation. The fuel produced is valuable and will be sold.

JBII needs to be able to operate near 24/7 and guarantee their rate of production. And the rate of production must be sufficient to go to market with.

So the real question is: have they been able to do that for themselves at this point? Once they have they will be able to line up their first customer.
