Can anyone explain why 4th quarter estimate is only .21 ?

Are analysts expecting more order pushouts? Don't we have a six month backlog? I could understand lower estimates for next year, but how could the fourth quarter EPS be less than the third quarter when management has predicted a 15% increase in revenue? It seems that a six month backlog, even with some pushouts, would allow Cymer to ship as much product as they can or want to make.

Given the recent expansion in facilities and manpower, it seems unlikely that Cymer would generate less revenue in the fourth quater than they did in the third quarter.

Please point out the error in my logic. I'm still learning, though my lessons in this stock are getting expensive.
