Actually most of them don't. Its pure wishful thinking on your part.

On the other hand, in the private sector, nothing is too big to fail. That notion is essential to the free market. Everyone screws up, but without consequences, no one will learn.

The private sector has been screwing up for hundreds of years. When will they learn?
