Different strains of cannabis produce different levels of THC. They also produce different levels of other important compounds. Industrial hemp strains are those that produce very little THC. Yet they still produce the other important compounds. These other compounds are mostly non psychoactive. I've talked to city officials before about being permitted to grow large numbers of zero THC marijuana plants. I want to grow pot that doesn't get you high. .. Lots of it. For the medicine.
