Hmmm. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

I think that refineries are in the cross hairs because they emit gasoline. And we all know that gasoline turns into CO2. The idea is to nip it in the bud. I am sure that you see the sense in that.

Also, refineries can go to massive electrical resistance heating to "boil the oil." Said electrical heating to be powered from the friendly coal plant down the street.

The other idea I hear is to magnetically suspend the fracing column above a massive solar concentrating parabolic dish.
