You can bet on gridlock. The Republicans only know tax cuts for rich and corporations and cutting social programs. Peggy Noonan said it perfectly but without taking her thought the next step: She said: DADT passed because the center joined the left and that was how to govern both from the left and right. the center has to join. What she didn't say, that is so germaine, is that the left was right and FINALLY the middle got it. The right wing still doesn't get it. The left is also correct about most of the other ideas and Obama wants to wait for the middle to catch up. A leader leads the people, he doesn't wait for them to catch up.
