People aren't generally locked up for simple possession of small amounts in most places in the US. So I guess we should just say you're for people being arrested and fined for possession in order to boost your areas economy.

That will percolate down, the DA's will stop even bringing cases, and the cops will soon get the word to quit arresting people and wasting their time. Good on ya, people of Montana. Get your police back to REAL work!
