Exactly what is it that you produce?

Extracting precious metals from the ground at terrible human and environmental cost?

Produce higher real estate prices via speculation?

That's all I've heard you mention here.. So my apologies if I'm missing something about how you're enhancing productivity and created added value by converted one resource into another another.
