Sounds like the deal(I was not able to read the whole pr) is a desperation move. The money will help pay off the bonds which is good. It Takes some heat off of trkn. Once the debt factor is under control, the move by amat to get TRKN's products out to others might help TRKN shore up new accounts(ie word gets around that amat's products are really TRKN's). IMO, this deal in no way does anything to clear up TRKN's long term outlook. Co is still drifting.
