You are misinformed about that. The DEA is the only legal supplier in the United States. Without their prior approval (and grant of a supply) no medical reserch may legally be conducted in the United States with marijuana. marinol is what you have when you strip everything of medical value from the plant and only leave the "get high" part. Again .. caryophylene is a well known, powerful, pain killer and anti inflammatory compound. It is only one of the medically powerful compounds that marinol doesn't have. As far as smoking .. well .. speed of delivery is hard to beat. I guess you could use IV application to try to match. Overall the best methods, for medical purposes, seems to be eating or some sort of topical application. But when you can't keep anything down .. because of the poisons in your system .. eating anything is out of the question. Marinol pills get puked up with everything else. So what cha gonna do? Fed sayz "suffer fool."
