But was that before or after the Expedite2 filings? I find it odd that P2O just suddenly became the business plan of the JBII shell a month after the Expedite2 shell was deregistered.

If that MIRACLE catalyst was from Lubrizol and is being used by JBII and is patented AND the patent is presently in force - I can see another court case for infringement coming. Just another trip along the path to greatness JBII is treading.
