Those panels look big for 1.5W. I think there may be some labeling issues on the website.

At 10% conversion efficiency, a multicrystalline silicon cell would be 10 cm x 10 cm, so a 1.5W module should be something like 4" x 6" in cell area.

Modern multicrystalline is more like 14% efficient so the cell area should be right around 100 cm2.

Maybe it's my eyes, but most of those module look bigger than that.

Anyhoo, if you get the lights, the PV, and the battery/charge controller for $80, that's a pretty good deal.
