Glad you agree that hong kong as described by your ex-patriots sounds like a nice place.

Hong kong is also ranked by your heritage foundation as freedom beacon #1 in this universe.

I neither vote nor wish to vote in HK even though I have every right to do so.

I also do not wish to have others effectively vote against my interests and the astute hong kong schema ensures stability, rule of law, growth, and continuity, forever until we change, and pray that we never change, amen

Last post in December.. hope all is well CB..

if you are watching the business news.. note more and more the idea that business flush with cash is the next wave to save the economy... taking the burden off the consumer.. This sits well with my productivity = less jobs thoughts.. and hence we do not need so many people.. it's moving mainstream.. it's not Malthusian... we need a new plan culturally....

interestingly a fellow on BNN said today.. beyond the superficial Canadians are vastly different than Americans.. so I guess we can't help... but he is right.. we really do think differently after we get past CSI...
