But the question isn't about quantity, rather, it is about quality. Obama has been insubstantial, at best, other than the failed effort to move the country to the left. Some misguided objectives like closing gitmo failed, but the 'successes' have been unimportant. In gwb's first term he managed 911, removed a tyrant, decimated AQ, and managed a number of important domestic policy achievements. Bush, in his first term also set forth an agenda which resulted in the saving of Millions of Africans by getting control of the aids epidemic there. Something any liberal ought to be behind. It may be that bush will surpass every American president after 1900 in his accomplishments when the true history is written.
