I think, at the moment, we are still in an education phase...there needs to be a consensus about the proper function and limits of govt, in order to address the problems that we have. One thing in our favor is the internet, ie, it is now possible to rapidly communicate and discuss with many people at the same time....so, for now, simply having discussion groups like this one is perhaps the best action that can be taken. rp
