I don't recall ever seeing a successful suit against the FDA.

Edit - Actually I now recall Sanoz sued the FDA over Omnitrope - the FDA had basically stalled, and a judge ordered the FDA to move on their decision. Omnitrope was subsequently approved by the FDA. (I may not have the facts all correct - it was a few years ago).
