This is the type of comment we had from Matt Simmons...seems quite over the top to me, I think he also said we would have an under-ground explosion that would destroy florida and cause evacuation of 20 million people....way out of line for concern about a hole in the ground. My guess is that he acted on this thinking, and exposed himself far too much in anticipation of a negative outcome. rp
