Hi TC and Thread:

I'm trying to figure out why my computer (OS is MS XP Service Pack 3) is freezing up. Normally when I have more than one program open (like explorer and outlook but not limited to these two, i can have multi explorer windows and it happens). I know it has to be a software conflict.

I think it started when I installed a Samsung dual monitor program (Gottfried, when I purchased a 2nd 27" monitor, $299 at Sam's and now 2 months later $269).

I uninstalled the program but the freezing continues.

Controll Alt Delete doesn't work. I have to turn off the computer and restart every time.

Any ideas on how I can test or research this?

Thanks in advance.

Tim
