We were liberals ostrazied and some were beaten and killed over slavery, womens rights, unions, Vietnam war, counter cultrue movement . I was on some of those lines. Me too. Don't know where you were on the evening of August 28, 1968 but I was in the front line on Michigan Ave in front of the Conrad Hilton facing off with the bayonet fixed National Guard and then the tear gas, mace and billy clubs of the Chicago Police Department. I've got enough liberal cred that I don't need to be preached towards.
