No, that is Llano which is more like the current Athlon II/Phenom II. Bulldozer with integrated graphics won't arrive until 2012 at the earliest.

It appears the first Bulldozer chipset will be very similar to what is currently used on Athlon II/Phenom II. That would be rather embarrassing considering AMD's integrated graphics performance/architecture has remained practically unchanged for nearly three years already.

The integrated CPU/GPU family is known as Fusion.

It was promised to be available in 2008 I think it was. I can't really remember because it was so long ago...
