JG, I am part of the Northrop-Grumman clan who own over 100,000 shares, of which, we have received some 70,000 in certificate form with more on order. Since we believe in the float numbers, we believe that the chill is still in affect. We also believe that it may take legal actions against the brokers for the squeeze to be effective. We know of the successfull squeezes that have occurred. However, would this be the first BB stock to face this kind of a squeeze? We don't trust anybody affiliated with this exchange to help us in our quest. Come on folks. If we all know that illegal shorting occurs all the time with BB stocks, then the NASD and SEC must know. Do you really think that they are out there to protect your interests? We doubt it. The only way to confirm this is to put them in a position that they have to act. We need to show them proof that there are no more RMIL/OVIS certs out there. What happen to all the talk about faxing a copy of everyone's certs to one person for accountability? We really need to get Morgan or Breton to confirm with us through the DTC that all of the outstandanding share count are in certificate form. Perhaps Riley can communicate this suggestion with RMIL. They probably are too busy to answer everyone. My E-Mails have not been responded to from last week.
