<<I also studied philosophy, and I have never refused to read a particular author....

I will read anyone. But I have read and studied her ideas and found them wanting. Simple as that.

If I read someone I fgeel is wrong I don't keep reading.Too many smart people out there I can learn from.

My best advice to anyone is find hte smartest people and read them.

History has given a thumbs down to Ayn Rand because they have studied her philosopphy and found it wanting.

History has given a thumbs up to Tolstoy, George Bernard Shaw, Russle, Whitehead, Socrates and Plato, Sartre and Camus, Huxly and Darwin.

We only have so much time on this earth, it is silly to persue nonsense.

Greed is good, good grief-lol. How much more do you need to know-lol?
