Having passed through many military checkpoints in Mexico in my camper van, having to unload it completely and reload it to convince the Mexicans that I wasn't running arms to rebels, it seems to me that Mexico spends most of it's money on crisp uniforms, shiny boots and really fancy German H&K assault rifles.

Now, they are making their own fancy assault rifle, and it looks pretty cool!
