the chances of severe unrest is almost certain, electorate grew highly uneducated for too long, disparity of income is way to high and institutional speculation is well ingrained capitalizing profits and socializing losses. Ad to that the great wave of uneducated immigrants waves from ME and Africa into EU and UK and the hostile attitude toward officialdom and there is a very explosive mix. US has its own militant groups which will not hesitate to go hostile Not a pretty picture in the old democracies
